Peanut Butter Cookies

These are classic cookies. This is a recipe that both my mother & grandmother used. Creamy peanut butter, crisscross markings on the top, sprinkled with sugar in the raw. This cookie is slightly crisp and is perfect to dunk in your favorite cup of tea.


Flour (bleached wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, iron, thiamin, mononitrate riboflavin, folic acid) sugar, brown sugar, (sugar, cane molasses) butter, shortening (soybean oil, fully hydrogenated palm oil, palm oil, mono & diglycerides, TBHQ & citric acid), peanut butter (roasted peanuts, sugar, molasses, fully hydrogenated vegetable oils (rapseed & soybean) mono & diglycerides, salt, eggs, baking powder, baking soda & salt. Approximate Net Weight: 3.6 ounces.
